Author Branding Photography & Custom Website Design for Concord, Massachusetts Writer Jennifer Crystal
When Concord-based author and educator Jennifer Crystal reached out, she was in the exciting final stages of preparing for her new book launch. What she needed was more than just a headshot—Jennifer was looking for a full personal branding experience that would reflect her story, her voice, and her mission.
As a writer, speaker, and advocate for chronic illness awareness, Jennifer’s work is deeply personal and purpose-driven. She wanted her brand photography to reflect both professionalism and warmth, offering a sense of trust, approachability, and clarity—qualities that are all central to her platform and educational offerings.
Together, we created a vision board to explore colors, composition, and tone. Jennifer’s brand needed to feel fresh and engaging but also grounded in her experience as an author and teacher. From cozy workspace scenes to elegant portraits, our photo session was designed to capture a range of visuals she could use across her site, blog, and marketing materials.
In addition to her personal branding shoot, I designed Jennifer’s website from the ground up using Wix. Her new online home, JenniferCrystal.com, now serves as a hub for her blog, book updates, educational services, and speaking engagements. Every element—from her custom logo to her marketing assets and brand photography—was created to ensure consistency and professionalism while highlighting the personal connection Jennifer builds with her readers and students.
